Downloading Patients
To save a patient to your device so you can access their record when you don't have an Internet connection:
Important - Ensure you have an internet connection to complete this process.
- Login to Vision Anywhere .
- From the Home screen, select Search .
- Enter the first few letters of the patient surname and forename and select Search.
- Long press on the patient name and select Download:
- The patient record is now available offline from Downloaded Patients on the Vision Anywhere Home screen:
Remember - Patients listed in the Appointments Today screen are automatically downloaded to your device when you have an internet connection.
Note - Patients are automatically removed from the device after 7 days.
If an encounter has been opened this is automatically deleted after 90 days if you have not connected to the internet.
If an encounter has been opened this is automatically deleted after 90 days if you have not connected to the internet.
